Being a Lead :-: Connector I will take care of two of my passions: Machine building and Mentorship. These two topics are, from my point of view, the way to Success, Connection and Growth.
For machine building we are creating an Eco-system where businesses, people and education systems are connected to obtain synergy. Here I will act as an intermediary to connect the eco-system, this I feel is needed because technology is accelerating so fast we cannot keep the speed in a singular way.
On this path Mentorship cannot be disconnected. How are we sharing knowledge and experiences in this fast moving industry? The people in this eco-system should be leading, therefor we will support all people as good as possible in their personal and professional growth.
It gives me energy to empower people and organisations in fulfilling their ambitions. Professional, personal, and organisational development is an integral part of ambition.
Exchanging knowledge, making growth happen, enable others by unlocking potential and making organisations bloom by achieving their goals.
