As a Quality Engineer you are responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, from development to implementation. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the highest standards and specifications. You play a crucial role in identifying quality issues, implementing improvements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your expertise and dedication to quality help maintain our reputation as a market leader in the high-tech

Industry, Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems and processes to meet customer requirements and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.)
  • Perform quality controls and audits on products, processes and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Analyzing quality data and identifying trends, deviations and improvement opportunities to take preventive and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
  • Prepare quality reports, documentation and procedures to promote quality transparency and assurance
  • Train employees in quality management and improvement to drive a culture of continuous improvementVereisten:

  • A completed technical education at university level, preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, quality management or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience with quality management in the high-tech industry, preferably with complex technological products and processes
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards, methods and tools, such as Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and statistical analyzes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
